Looking at the SE there is a 36 inch entry door to the garage which gives quick access to a
short stairway down to the West entrance of the lower level apartment. Also access to the easy-rise ramp to the West entrance
of the upper level home. South facing Anderson double pane window.

Seven easy steps down to the West door of the lower level apartment. This lower level entrance door is also
screened for seasonal use

The ramp is about 4 feet wide and has a one inch in one foot rise according to local codes. There is a gate about
mid point that allows quicker access to the upper level for the younger more athletic types

Looking West from the central garage through the 36 inch door into the shops and storage building

Looking at the SW area of the central garage there is a door on the right to the shops area and a double opening
Anderson double pane window in the south wall of the central garage. When this room/garage was installed a few years ago
we buried a 4 inch plastic sewer pipe full length under the new concrete just in case we wanted to use this room or
possibly the South end of the room for another use. The garage is 600-700 square feet so it could serve many uses

A large pickup, a SUV and a small fishing boat on a trailer all find room to nest in the large garage
leaving ample space for other storage and a deep freeze and shelving and of course the long ramp
